I cast on 150 stitches using a 2.5mm crochet hook, following the pattern exactly. The back piece is crocheted in 64 rows, with 4 rows for the shoulders; the front piece is crocheted in 60 rows, with 8 rows for the neckline. The finished length is 58 cm, and the chest measurement is 98 cm. Finally, I sew the front and back pieces together. For the neckline, hem, and cuffs, I crocheted 3 rows of lace—no real difficulty at all, as long as you pay attention to keeping the front and back pieces symmetrical.
