double-ply 28-count cashmere yarn, I made a soft, comfortable inner layer for my little one. With size 15 needles, I cast on 60.5 stitches for the bottom edge, then knitted in two separate pieces. On one side under the arms, I decreased ten stitches; on the upper part, I decreased twenty stitches on each side, with the other side done similarly. For the front opening, I shaped the neckline low, while the back had three rows of decreases. To shape the sleeve cap, I picked up a total of 30 stitches, and finished the cuffs with 17.5 stitches.
