27 Shawl: “Chasing Dreams” XL Yarn used: 8,020 meters of Austrian Fairy yarn, 200 grams, 800 meters per skein Needles used: 4.0 mm, 3.5 mm, and 3.25 mm Yarn consumption: 203.5 grams After much effort, I finally reached the bind-off stage—but ended up short by one meter of yarn. I tried changing my bind-off technique and switching needle sizes, taking it apart to rework it, then reassembling it again. Still, the result wasn’t quite satisfactory. After spending an entire afternoon on it, I eventually found a leftover strand from a previous group project—a Beijing knitter had helped out back then. Although there was still a slight color difference, at least I managed to finish it in the end [victory]. Knitting shawls is my absolute favorite; I love knitting them but not wearing them [smile].
