members of our family had planned to hike Mount Huangshan. Someone suggested we take in the scenic views along the way, so we canceled our flight tickets and booked high-speed rail instead. To pass the time before leaving, I grabbed a bucket of yarn—and in the end, I managed to make a little shawl. Even though it eventually flew away, I still felt quite accomplished.
