Cast on using the long-tail method {:smiley:}{:smiley:}{:smiley:} It turns out to be single ribbing.

Bag stitch: On the first row, insert the needle under one stitch and lift it up; then insert under the next stitch and lift it up...

For two‑needle single ribbing, to convert it to double ribbing, simply swap the two center stitches.
